Yes, during the subscription process, you will be asked to supply a user name and a password that you can easily remember. You are the only one licensed to use this password.
We have instructions for what to do if you forget your user name or your password. Details about how to do this will be included as part of the subscription process.
Without a subscription you have access to Tables of contents, abstracts, and full text searching at no cost and without having to register.
If your institution has an online subscription, you will automatically have access to the tables of contents, abstracts, full-text searching, full text display, PDFs, Medline and GenBank links, and future tables of contents. You'll also see a button at the top of the page confirming you're signed in as part of an institution.
If your institution does not have an online subscription, it can purchase an electronic version of Biology of Reproduction. If you would like to have an institutional online subscription, please contact your local librarian.
Yes. Individuals and institutions may purchase the paper version of the journal as well as the electronic version, for an additional cost.
SSR Members are eligible for SSR Member Subscriptions to Biol Reprod, providing them with a paper or electronic version of the journal (or both, for an additional cost). Members may also have access to Biol Reprod Online through an Institutional Online Subscription. Institutional Online Subscriptions are somewhat more limited than Member Online Subscriptions. The special member services are not available to non-SSR member subscribers, and full-text access from off of the institution's network (e.g. home access) is not available.
You may wish to apply for SSR membership or you may wish to purchase an Individual (Non-SSR Member) online subscription. Without a subscription, you have access to Tables of contents, abstracts, and full text searching (without full text viewing) at no cost and without having to register.
Information about SSR Membership and application forms are available from the SSR.
