  B) Separation of CNBr cleavage products of purified vitellin on gradient 4-20% SDS-PAGE. The fragment indicated by arrow N-terminal sequenced as MKKGVVSTLQIS(AL)PALLI, consistent with putative amino acid residues of 134-150 of blue crab vitellogenin."
